LTE signal information

Hello!

I am interested in knowing whether it is possible to get access to LTE data, preferably raw data.  I need access to LTE data to get information regarding IQ samples, channel impusle response. Does anyone know which cell phone models would allow the developer to access such information?

My WiFi was reject by the system so only use the bundle 4G LTE and it is very slow,what can I do to improve the situation
