After I finished the preperation steps I cloned above metioned repository and I ran the "npm install" command with the following results:

After everything has been done I am looking for the sppkg that I need as installation file for the SharePoint App Site.

Is there a step missing? What do I have to do in order to generate the sppkg file?

Thanks a lot in advance for your support.

BR,

Sascha

Re: How to generate SharePoint Sppkg-File from GitHub project?

Follow the steps outlined here:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/web-parts/get-started/serve-your-web-part-in-a-...

Assume you already found a solution but this might help someone else.
