I asked a question through https://support.github.com/contact. I got an email my question was answered by a community advisor, but when I went to the link from my email, there was nothing on the page about my question. Later I got an email saying my question was about to close. I clicked the link there; still no information on the page about my question. So I opened another question, asking how to see support answers. It hasn't been responded to yet, but my initial question is now closed. I still don't have an answer. What else can I do to get an answer to my question? Do I need to re-ask my question, and if so, how will I see the answer then?
