As the title says, I'm having trouble accessing the GitHub project wiki on Android. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 and am accessing GitHub through Chrome.
On a computer, I get the following options displayed when located at the repositories main "home" page:
- Pull Requests
However, when located at the same "home" page of the same repository on my Galaxy S7, the only repository options which are shown are:
- Pull Requests
Since it would be very convenient to edit the wiki "on the way", whether that be meanwhile commuting or in a cafe (of course, using my Galaxy S7), I am searching for a solution to my problem. Why can't the wiki repository editor be shown on the Chrome browser for Android?
Thanks so much for being part of the Community Forum.
The ability to edit wikis on a mobile is actually currently unavailable. That said, I can completely understand the value in being able to do so. We're always working to improve GitHub, and we consider every suggestion we receive. I've logged your feature request in our internal feature request list. Though I can't guarantee anything or share a timeline for this, I can tell you that it's been shared with the appropriate teams for consideration.

I faced the same issue, and I wanted to add citations about this smartphone.
"Just like Galaxy S5, the Samsung Galaxy S7 has palm gesture feature that allows users to take screenshot of their phone. We have seen that this feature has been implanted to other Galaxy S series smartphones released after Samsung Galaxy S5."
