To create a new issue I can provide issue templates. I did and it works as expected. However when creating a new issue there is this tiny little line below the list of templates that allows the user to select a blank issue without any template.
Guess what many users do? By that I still get issues that lack format and information. I have to ask for more information or just have to close the issue as it lacks the minimum of information. Of course this walks hand in hand with discussion over discussion. Kind of an unnerving situation for all parties.
Is there a way to disable that line if there are templates provided? Or any other way to enforce using the templates provided?
