Actions stopped working?

I have this private (as it is not ready to be published) repo with the my own Action. Yesterday all workflows with this Action were running properly, but today they won't start anymore.

New workflows, which should be created on pull request commit, as they were before, are not shown at the Actions page; I'm not sure if there are even triggered.

Attempts to re-run previous workflows ends with a "Starting your workflow run..." message hanging infinitely. These workflows are shown as pending at the `<my-repo>/actions` page (marked with a brown dot), but it is impossible to see their output or cancel them with the "Cancel tests suite" button.

Any help? :)

Re: Actions stopped working?

There has been a temporary glitch with GitHub Actions. This is what the support team replied when I mentioned this problem yesterday:

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I believe this occurred right as we were
experiencing a brief service interruption in the Actions backend. Would you mind
executing the Action again and let us know if you're still having issues?

Me too, Two hours later, it's still "Starting your workflow run..."

Re: Actions stopped working?

@fifsky You're not specifying any place for your workflow to execute with a valid runs-on.  (The lack of an error here is a bug that we're working on.)

You're setting:

    runs-on: ${{ matrix.platform }}

But your matrix does not provide a `platform` for substitution.  You either need to change your matrix to define a platform array with valid values for runs-on, or just hardcode a single platform like `ubuntu-latest`.

Re: Actions stopped working?

Thank you very much for your reply. It was my carelessness. After adding `platform`, work has begun
