I am working through setting up SCIM with azure and I am having an issue authenticating. We have GitHub enterprise cloud. It says I keep entering in Invalid credentials.
The tenant url I am using is https://api.github.com/scim/v2/organizations/<orgname>.
I am the owner of the Enterprise and Organization and using my credentials to authenticate. Is the URL I am using incorrect?
It appears that you have the URL correct according to the documentation. Are you passing in the OAuth token or a personal access token in the Authorization header? It doesn't sound like the SCIM API will allow you to use your credentials directly, if I'm understanding what you're describing.

I had the same issue. The support answered:
SCIM is not currently supported when SAML is setup at the enterprise account level. We have had multiple customers request this capability for enterprise accounts, and we are tracking this feature request via an internal issue. I can add <CustomerName> to the list of customers interested in this feature. If you would like to start using SCIM with SAML at this time, I would recommend configuring SAML at the organization level rather than at the enterprise account level .
