Public NuGet Packages

I'm trying to add a new package source for (https://github.com/FoundatioFx/Foundatio/packages) to my NuGet.Config. It would look something like this:

<add key="foundatio" value="https://nuget.pkg.github.com/FoundatioFx/index.json" />

The problem is the NuGet feed want's me to authenticate with user/pass or a token which is unacceptable. I'm not going to complicate anyone using our packages to authenticate and complicate their processes or even just cloning our project and get running. This should just work like every other public package provider like NuGet, MyGet, AppVeyor CI, etc.. How can I get this to work.
