When publishing a package to GitHub Package Registry, there is a tag (`X.X.X`) and a linked release automatically created. Is there a way to prevent this behaviour or customize what the tag is? My use case is that I want to publish multiple independently versioned packages from the same repo, and thus tag releases as `package-name@vX.X.X` instead.
