Is "comment"->"id" unique in event api v3?

I use v3 event api (https://developer.github.com/v3/activity/events/#list-public-events) and I receive this json response

[
{
"id": "12312412345345435",
"type": "IssueCommentEvent",
...
"payload": {
"action": "created",
"issue": {
...
},
"comment": {
...
"id": 1224678334965,
...
}
},
"public": true,
"created_at": "2018-11-11T10:18:38Z"
}
]

Is "comment"->"id"  unique in event api v3?

If I create another repo, is there a chance that a comment in the new repo has the same id with the above one?

Please help me to understand that.

Thank you,

Hi @dangnm,

Thank you for being here! The ID type that appears in a JSON response is unique to your repo. I hope this helps!

Best,

Andrea

Hi,

I want to confirm that I understand correctly.

You mean that it is unique to only my repo or unique to my account or unique to the whole github system?
