Workflow queued for over 2 days

I was under the impression the maximal queue period can only be 45 minutes before a job is cancelled, now I see that if I don’t pay enough attention my workflows can get stuck for over 2 days…

Saw it again today - a job queued for 18 hours (and counting…):

And we have a new record of 3 days stuck in the Queued status for this workflow
(i’m sure it would go on and on forever but I need to cancel it in order to actually run it):
