Website interactions | Touch-screen adaptation

Hi, I am currently working on my portfolio in Webflow. I have used an animation effect based on mouse move on x/y axis. This interaction is not working nicely on an iPad pro for example which has almost the same pixels of a macbook air, but it is touch-screen. Is there a way to translate the mouse move animation into something similar to a draggable effect? Any hint is really appreciated.

Here the link to the current website:

I am not that confident to be able to understand which part of the .js file is managing the mouse move animation, but if you really need in order to help me I will make an effort to individuate it.

Thank you!
