Visual Studio 2019 with GitHub fatal error unsafe connection

Hi all,

Im new to github and i want to use it with Visual Studio 2019.
i am logged in in visual studio with Github.
but when i want to push or upload Code with it i get the error: Fatal error unsafe connection.
can anyone help me with it? i cant find any solution nor does Visual Studio and Github with more details on the error. i dont know where to look or what the problem is. Can anyone help me?
