unsafe-perm in lifecycle true when running an npm script command

Im trying to run the npm command npm run ci-test in github actions workflow but getting the following error:

Is there any failed test in your workflow run? You could enable step debug logging and share the whole workflow run logs here.

Also, can you confirm that could these tests execute successfully in your local working machine? Or if you have self-hosted runner, try to run your workflow using self-hosted runner. What’s the result?
