Unable to reach Microsoft Ubuntu repository from GitHub shared runners

Has anyone else noticed issues reaching Microsoft’s Ubuntu repo from GitHub actions using the GitHub hosted runners?

It has been happening for some days now. The workflow below attempts to build a docker image but it fails reaching the Microsoft repo.

Building the same Dockerfile from home works fine. Obviously, I am in a different geo location compared to where the GitHub runners are hosted.

Not related to GitHub actions by the looks of it: Ubuntu repositories broken · Issue #6381 · dotnet/core (github.com)

I actually fixed this by going back to using Ubuntu 20.04 as the base for my image.
