Unable to commit in the Github Desktop app

Hello,
I uploaded to my Github repository a folder with my static Hugo site. I made an update, a new theme. And when I commit in the Github Desktop application I get a window with the following:

Your branch is up to date with 'origin/master'.

Untracked files:
  (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
	themes/hyde/

nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)

Any idea?

No sync through Github Dektop repository
