Type error List Element null - JS error

Here I have a basic HTML-js code that I’m doing.

I’m receiving an Type error saying that the ListElement is Null. I don’t get why…

I don’t get any error in a JSFiddle (after making this change:

for (var lista of clientes) {

Although the add button doesn’t appear to do anything - document refresh required?

What browser/version?
