Transfer acceptance email not received

I started the personal repo transfer to an organization which I am a member.

In my personal git repo settings, it says the repo transfer is in progress.

The owner of the organization which is the target of the transfer has not received an email. After a day of waiting, I asked to have my privilages elevated so I can try to find where the accept transfer UI setting might be. I did not find anything.

It has been two days, and the original sole owner has not seen an email. I as a new owner the past day has not received an email.

Where/how do we accept the transfer?
