So how in the world is it populated? There is a blurb on the bottom saying:
The feed shows you events from people you follow and repositories you watch or star.
But this seems to be a lie. I have just unwatched everything, because dealing with all the notifications from the repos I’m interested in was like facing a firehose. (In particular, I got to see all PRs and all the discussion about them, while I’d only like to learn about things when they are committed.) Unwatching stopped the notifications all right - but it stopped getting any info in the feed as well . Even though I kept all the repos starred, of course.
I am not married to the idea of using the “feed”, but I don’t know how else to get the information from github at the granularity I want.
