The commit widget error when disconnected to internet

When I disconnect from cellular or Wi-Fi and I try to check my commits via a iPhone widget, I get the error in the picture attached.

I think this is GitHub Mobile ? not very sure of your situation, why, was it working in the past without Internet connection ?

This has never worked in the past without an internet connection

if that is the case, then it’s not a problem, some requests really need Internet connection all the time
