Student Pack app declined, I have verified student email

I am a registered student at Maryville University in St. Louis, and the university directs us to get the Student Pack for private repositories. I have applied multiple times with my verified university email, and I keep getting auto-denied. I’ve emailed Support three times over the last month, with no reply. Can anyone help me resolve this issue? I need the private repository for academic honesty purposes.

We can’t help with private account details like this in the public forum. However, it’s strange that you haven’t received a response via email. Our support team is very good at responding in a timely manner on these things. I’m wondering if your emails have gone through.

I’d recommend trying to email again, but try sending an email directly to instead of using the contact form, just in case.
