Still a Student asking for student coupon extension as well as billing issues

I submitted a request to keep my account as pro as I am still a student at university but I have never heard back from the support.

Have submitted multiple requests in the past 14 days none of them is served. Can someone help?

Also, I want to do a monthly payment since i have not heard back from anyone. But system does not let me change to a monthly plan which I do not want.

If your coupon is expiring and you are still a student, you can reapply. Each approval is valid for 2 years.
