I am starting to setup GitHub Actions, but there’s a step that does not start:

I’ve restarted again and again but resulted in the same - it didn’t start.
Does anyone know the reason?
I did nothing especially, but it is running now. Are there variations among macOS machines?
No, not a difference among machines.
It just takes hours to show build logs, so I believe it’s a problem with the log viewer.
