Software to consolidate data into a spredsheet

At work, I was given the task of consolidating information from an exhibitor list for a conference and putting all that information into a spreadsheet. There were many conferences and I thought that there had to be a quicker way out there to do this. Is there any software out (free or paid) that is able to consolidate a list like this and transfer it to a database?

simply encode that in spreadsheet but save it as CSV, so that it can be read by other software just like MS Access
