Secrets in PR: environment and repo

For what are environments are exist? In PR I can’t use secrets from the environment of repository but can use from repo’s secrets.

Not sure we understand, we hope you can find more details at Environments - GitHub Docs

Fork PR’s for example can’t access any secrets by default and it is by design.

Hello, I found more details about my problem: when dependabot, which is triggered by .yml config in repo uses secrets that exist in the environment it always fails, but if it will use secrets, which are in the repo it will fail on the first attempt and when I’ll re-run them it will succeed.
