We are experiencing an issue while requesting the github api of our organization.

Nothing is using this API and this rate limit is triggered with any personal access token or github app.

We once experienced an issue with our self hosted github action runner. It created hundreds of runners so maybe the issue comes from there.

We opened a ticket to github support 5 days ago but still no response. It is a blocking issue for us.

Anyone already experienced this issue ? Any clues on what to do ?
