Scoping repository access for third party integrations

I’m having a bit of trouble managing integrations with my repositories, specifically with Netlify. I joined a discussion on Netlify’s own community (Link) but that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.

I deploy websites to Netlify from my Github account. I want to deploy select websites on my Github profile to third party Netlify accounts and have their access scoped to the repositories the I allow while keeping my personal access scope open to all repositories.

As of now third party (client’s) Netlify accounts can access all of my repositories through their Netlify account because if I restrict this in Github integrations settings I also restrict access to my personal Netlify.

Is there a solution to this that doesn’t involve me moving the third party’s repositories to a separate Github account?
