Our master branch is protected and as a check there is another GitHub Action that runs a
./gradlew clean build command. This GitHub action is triggered by pushing to a branch.
Now new we use a GitHub action to update our gradle wrapper now. This action creates a pull request we then approve and merge.
Now we are facing the problem, that for the pull request that is created by the github action the event for the push is not sent and therefore it does not trigger the check.
How can we fix this?
The only ideas we have is to trigger the check manually (which feels like a step down as we want to automate as much as possible) or to maybe use a different GitHub token, which we would not want to do because of security reasons (the generated GitHub token has a lot smaller scope than a manually created token)
