Hello everyone!
I’m new to the github so I did some idiot thing. I used bitbucket in my company’s laptop so I thought they are the same thing.
The system is Mac OS.
I “git clone” a repository to my local location and I saw there is a local file that exists. So I thought the clone has been completed (‘didn’t notice that there is an authentication process’). I then put all my study notes in the folder, but then in command, I just realized that I need to put something in there. So I typed my user account and password, and it said “authentication failed” and removed all my files…
It’s a half-year study note and I don’t have time to rewrite it because my exam is approaching… Is there any way to recover the deleted files… It’s really fatal to me…
