Reporting GDPR violation

I found some repo which evidently breaks law ( european data protection act known as GDPR )

Where is t5he dimlet to report it?

Standard way ( Report Abuse link from repo/org page) has many buttons, but not ven one for reporting gdpr violation.

I see this as the first option in the abuse report form:

I’d consider a GDPR violation a special case of the “private information” case.
