As andig I cannot create a new issue in the evcc org that I’m part of when coming from a foreign repo:
The dropdown only shows repos for my user but not for the (public) org’s I’m part of.

The functionality is designed to transfer issues within the scope of the same user/organization, which is why you do not see repositories from other users.
