Push to repo after twostep authentication - error

I gave
git push -u original master

It gave me an error like this after taking the user name and password(personal access token)

! [remote rejected] master → master (pre-receive hook declined)
error: failed to push some refs to ‘https://github.com/sreewarrier20/VWise.git

Please help me in understanding the issue.

Possible reasons depend on your repository settings (e.g. branch protection rules), and what you were pushing. If you are pushing an Actions workflow file, your token need the workflow scope, too.

In Settings-> Personal access tokens-> I can see repo, workflow already there.

The repository is made by someone, he gave me the access to it.
What I’m stuck at is the error message which is shown below:

ref master:: Error in git rev-list --stdin --objects --not --remotes=origin --: exit status 128 fatal: bad object 97b810e62ef84c897fe7c069ac919cb2d1a784c4

error: failed to push some refs to

What’s the output from git remote -v?
