More info.

Is there a reason that this repository was removed? Is unreachable?

I just started running into this issue too.  I can’t find any news/changelogs related to it…

I reached out to Github’s support. It seems that repository was related to the old HCL-based actions (even though I used it with the yaml). They said the different actions in that repository can be easily created with yaml syntax. For example, I was using the is-tag filter so I could now use:

name: On create tag
on: create
        runs-on: ubuntu-latest
        - name: Check if tag
          if: github.event.ref_type == 'tag'
          run: echo Tag!
