Problems with loging to github on Linux

Hi,

I’m trying to install Blackeye on Kali Linux for the first time, but every time I try to clone it, it prompts me for a username, then when I enter that, it prompts me for the password to the email "the username I put"@github.com). It says error when I key in my password. The code is as follows:

official@official:~/git_workspace$ git clone https://github.com/x3rz/blackeye
Cloning into 'blackeye'...
Username for 'https://github.com': official55
Password for 'https://official55@github.com':
remote: Support for password authentication was removed on August 13, 2021. Please use a personal access token instead.
remote: Please see https://github.blog/2020-12-15-token-authentication-requirements-for-git-operations/ for more information.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://github.com/x3rz/blackeye/'

Like the error message says you can’t use your password for Git (and API) operations. You need to create a PAT with the appropriate scopes (for Git access usually repo, plus workflow if you use Actions), and use that instead of your password.
