Polkadot, Parity Singer Wallet

1/ I created a Polkadot External Wallet, and have lost my mnemonic code to re-stall my wallet in Parity Singer.

2/ However, the extensions in my computer still shows my account and I am able to access it but unable to sign off on the transaction given I lost my parity singer wallet.

3/ Would you know how I might have a work around to obtain my mnemonic seed via a web decryptor that hopefully can reload the exact page that displays my mnemonic seed during the time my parity singer wallet was created?

Thank you.

Hello @jlee17-crypto and welcome to the community.

If you’re asking how to use the piece of software that you found in a repository on GitHub, I suspect https://github.com/paritytech/parity-signer, the best way to contact the maintainers of that software is to:

  1. Check the README for instructions on how to operate the software, pointers to documentation or troubleshooting info.
  2. Check the SUPPORT file, if one exists for instructions on how to best contact the maintainers for support.
  3. Check the CONTRIBUTING guide, if one exists. Sometimes if there isn’t a SUPPORT file, the CONTRIBUTING guide will give instructions on how to contact the maintainers for support.

All of these documents can be found, if they exist, in the repository where you found the software itself.
