Per sprint/milestone build/test status report creation and sending to team in github action workflow

Hi All,

I am very new to the GH Actions and looking for a way/plugin to create a report of the status of build and test of GH Workflow. We require the report to be generated and sent per milestone/schedule. How can I achieve this in GH Actions please let me know, appreciate any inputs and suggestions.
