Our repo uses LFS - what happens if the account bill is overdue?

Hello. We are paying for several LFS data pack add-ons for an ~80gb repo with moderate bandwidth / access needs for 3 collaborators. Currently having some trouble paying for the account.

Q: If the account goes unpaid for 2-3 months, what will happen to the repository?

Will we be able to use the repository at all, such as pushing & pulling new commits with only small-file additions and modifications, etc, until we are able to get the account balance paid off?

If not, is the repository completely locked out from git features?
