I have a notification which can’t be dismissed. It shows as a bubble on my bell icon, but there’s nothing in my inbox, and the inbox shows “1-0 of 1” either notifications or pages. I’ve attached an image showing this behavior.
I’ve logged in with an Incognito window, but the behavior still exists. I haven’t tried clearing Chrome’s local storage, because if that does indeed fix it, Github developers may want to know of this occurrence.
