No logs for cancelled workflow step

I have a few workflow runs for our repo that were cancelled with no logs to report or use for debugging.

Looks like, the two issues should be similar.
I have reported this ticket to the appropriate engineering team for further investigation and evaluation in an internal ticket.
The engineering team is continuously investigating the issue. If they have any progress, I will notify you in time, and sometimes the appropriate engineers may directly reply you here.
