No access to my support ticket?


I have created a Trademark Policy Violation Report and received a ticket ID via email.

In the GitHub Support Portal it is possible to see my tickets. However, this list is empty.

I guessed the URL of the ticket by replacing the “0” at the end of the URL with the ticket number. The page says “You do not have access to these tickets”.

Obviously my ticket is not linked to my GitHub account, although of course I created the Trademark Policy Violation Report when I was logged in. I assume the reason is that I didn’t use my primary email in the report, but my second email - although both are listed in my GitHub settings under “Emails”.

What am I doing wrong? How can I add information to the ticket or answer questions from GitHub?
