New GitHub authentication and shared repo

Hi,
I’m Ugo.

I had a question that I cannot resolve via documentation.

I’m using GitHub with a Pipeline and the authentication is via username and password;
now, I have to update to the new authentication version of GitHub, via App.

All the repos aren’t mine and they are shared from the owner to my account,
so I connect my Pipeline with my account to deploy automatically the code.
With the App I cannot see the share repos but only mine repos.

I read a lot of documentation but it always for own repos or organization’s repos,
not for shared repo:

https://docs.github.com/en/github/administering-a-repository/managing-repository-settings/managing-teams-and-people-with-access-to-your-repository
https://docs.github.com/en/github/authenticating-to-github/keeping-your-account-and-data-secure/authorizing-oauth-apps
(I cannot report all the link)

So, the question is: can I see shared repo via App in my third-application (that is the Pipeline)?

Thanks.
Regards.
Ugo
