Please, I am working on a project to build an game app. I need help,.

Calm down there buddy, no need for that caps lock.

What seems to be the problem, are you stuck on a problem? and what language are to working in?

or do you just need a game coded for you

i would need a game coded for me.

Hi @mcmbegbu,

This appears to be programming homework. We want to help you get the information you need, but we also are concerned that just giving you the answer will rob you of the necessary skills you’ll need to develop. If you can describe the things you’ve tried and how they haven’t worked for you, perhaps someone can give you a nudge in the right direction.

This is not a solution, just an idea.  In my former career when we were

given dumb terminals to replace our manual typewriters, I wrote a tic-tac-toe

game to run on the mainframe (on weekends after lugging the terminal home).

If you want to put your project over the top, this may give you an idea.

My game had 8 matches of 8 games each, human against computer.

After each match your score was fixed; you either had more wins or the

computer did.  Also the cat racks up a score.  By having sets of 8 games,

you have the hope of winning or doing better in the next matches, and the

winner is the player with the most matches won.

My game queried the time, say the rightmost digit of the seconds, and cause the

computer to make a bad move if the query returned a certain number, so there was always hope

to win. I used arrays to track plays and unplayed positions.  1-9 was entered to make a play.

Position #s played by human and computer were displayed for the current game

and updated after each play.  Total scores of each match were displayed throughout the game

for the human, computer, and the cat.

In later years I worked out the same scheme in Excel VBA, but it takes drive and patience

to go beyond the ordinary.

Good luck.
