My account was flagged

I put in a ticket request and recieved a form response with the following ticket number #242515.

Its been over 24 hrs and I still have not received an update.  Seems like in teh past spam filters have locked accounts.

I can’t proceed with my tasks until this is resloved.

Our apologies for the trouble. It looks like everything has been fixed now.

I just happened again!!! What is the permamnent fix for this?
