My account is flagged

I know this question has been asked multiple times by a lot of people. I tried contacting the tech support team below is the screen-shot. I had just created the day before and the next day it was flagged I’m still wondering why.

I’m here to ask how do I track the status of this request? It has been more than two days, I haven’t got  any confirmation email or some sort of an update on this request. Could you please give me more info on how we can help each other in getting this resolved.
