My Account has been flagged twice in a week

My Account has been flagged twice in a week. I have already sent emails to your support but it seems they are on vacation. I guess you block me ip? I’m so sorry there r some mistakes because my pc is hacked .But I fixed it.You flagged me once I have learnt from it .But now, I even didn’t I was removed flag.What should I do now? Could you please remove my ip from you system or robot? If you can’t, I think you can delete my account now. I will give up this trash.
