My account has been flagged and support is not answering me

Hello all,

My account has been flagged by Github and I contacted support 3 days ago and I still didn’t receive any answer. I can’t even use 3rd party application as it says that my account is marked as spam. I am a github user for more than 1 year and I am paying monthly for your services and still you decided to make me lose time as I can’t even work. I know it’s christmas time but if it doesn’t get solved asap I fear I won’t even be able to get back to my work for another month.

What should I do to get answer from support ?
