Motivational Monday: Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Keeping my mental health in check is important to me and over the years I’ve developed a lot of techniques and little routines that make a huge difference in my life. I meditate in the morning right when I wake up and in the evening before I go to sleep, I journal every night, I go for daily walks, I practice gratitude, and have certain mantras I recite which help me get through the day.
