Making github-actions as admin user

I am wondering if I can make “github-actions” user an admin for the repo so if I have a branch which requires PR by default can be pushed to by this user with out the need for a PR?

You can create a personal access token (PAT) for a user with admin access and use that to authorize the push. Make sure you’re aware of the security implications, though! For example, could the workflow be tricked into pushing code from an untrusted source?
