Where can someone make a suggestion for GitHub?

Anyways, my suggestion is regarding displaying the closure of an issue in a more fixed location, see when I scroll down a long issue page, I forget whether it was closed or not, would be great if the “closed” label keeps displaying somewhere on screen. Also, a shortcut to the entry that closed the issue would also help, because eventually I am there to know if the issue relates to my problem or not, so the fix is my number one priority, and if it is a duplicate, I want to get going and track it faster.

Just adding a related suggestion. It would be great to have also a more detailed status - not just ClosedTagGitHub.JPG but more like  “Closed - Fixed”“Closed - Invalid”“Closed - Duplicate of #…”“Closed - Moved to #”…

It would save some time when looking for the issues where the final fix is and filtering out those that were just some duplicates for example.
