Lost 2FA Authentication Code + Recovery Codes -- Been 2 Days No Response From Support


I’ve lost access to my 2FA authentication tokens and recovery codes and am locked out of my account. Two days ago I submitted a support request (Ticket ID #256958) and have not heard back at all from GitHub Customer Support in spite of following up multiple times via email and twitter. 

Our organization relies on GitHub for our daily workflow and I pay for a GitHub Pro account. Is this the typical level of service that premium members can expect?
